The question of what you can watch in Ukraine keeps changing: services arrive, change their prices and languages, and sometimes leave. So in this overview we relied only on the official pages of the services themselves, as well as those of Apple and Google, and everything we were able to confirm is dated: as of October 2026. Prices and terms may change, so always check them on the service’s website before paying.
When choosing a service, look at more than the catalog. The interface language, the audio and subtitle languages, the number of screens and the payment currency also matter. We wrote separately about finding films with Ukrainian dubbing in our article “How to Find a Film with Ukrainian Voice-Over”.

Netflix
The Netflix help page states that the service is available in more than 190 countries and regions. The excluded locations are named directly: China, Crimea, North Korea, Russia and Syria. Ukraine is not on this list. The Ukraine page of the site is in Ukrainian, and the language switcher offers Ukrainian, English and Russian.
According to the page, plans cost from 4.99 to 9.99 EUR per month, you can watch without ads, and you can cancel the subscription at any time. The Ukrainian-language help describes three plans: “Basic” (720p, one screen), “Standard” (1080p, two screens) and “Premium” (4K and HDR, four screens). For how to save on subscriptions, read a separate article.
HBO Max
The official page for Ukraine (its address contains /ua/en) lists two plans. Standard costs 7.99 EUR per month: two devices at the same time, Full HD, up to 30 downloads with restrictions. Premium costs 9.99 EUR per month: four devices, 4K UHD and Dolby Atmos where available, up to 100 downloads. An additional Sports option is offered separately for 3 EUR per month. Plans renew monthly until they are cancelled, and the page we opened is in English: we did not find Ukrainian on it.
YouTube Premium
In Google’s help, Ukraine is named among the countries where the Premium and Music Premium subscriptions are available. It is also on the list for Premium Lite. We don’t give the price: it depends on the plan and may change.
Apple TV
Apple’s page “Availability of media services” (published September 30, 2026) lists, for Ukraine, the Apple TV app with an Apple TV subscription and film purchases. In a note, Apple writes that access to Apple Arcade and Apple TV may be included in an iCloud+ subscription. We don’t give the price: on the Apple TV page we were able to open, it is shown in US dollars, so it does not apply to Ukraine.
Megogo
The Ukrainian version of the site has sections for “Films” (with the subsection “Films in Ukrainian”), “Series” (with “Ukrainian Series”), “Cartoons” (with an item “In Ukrainian”), “TV Channels,” as well as shows, sports, education and books. The page title describes the service as an online cinema with free legal content. Prices are not shown on the page we checked, so we don’t list them here.
Sweet.tv
The site calls itself a platform for watching TV channels and on-demand video in Ukraine and Europe, and “a national online cinema.” The home page lists three plans: from 49, from 199 and from 259 UAH per month, plus an offer of a free 7-day trial. In the plan comparison the page mentions 310, 390 and 401 channels, and libraries of 3,000, 5,000 and 10,000 films and series. According to the site, films are shown without ads.
Takflix
On its website the service is described as “an online cinema where you can legally watch Ukrainian films.” The catalog includes feature-length and short Ukrainian films running from 11 to 127 minutes, as well as thematic collections. The page mentions buying films in the app and paying by card. There are no terms or prices on the home page, so check them on the website. There were no series on this page.
What is not here. We don’t describe Prime Video and Disney+: at the time of our check, their official pages did not confirm availability in Ukraine. This does not mean there is no access: we simply don’t write about a service without confirmation on its official page.
What to check before paying
- The country in your account and the payment method: they determine what you will be shown.
- The language of the interface, audio and subtitles for a specific film.
- The number of screens and the picture quality: they depend on the plan.
- How to cancel the subscription and when the billing period ends.
