Mike Judge's Beavis and Butt-Head is the 2022 revival of the animated sitcom that Judge created for MTV in the 1990s, with Judge again voicing both title characters. Beavis and Butt-Head are teenage slackers in the fictional town of Highland, Texas, who love hard rock and heavy metal and spend their days watching television and getting into trouble. The revival drops the pair into a Gen Z world and sometimes shows them as middle-aged men. It began on Paramount+ in 2022 and has aired on Comedy Central since 2025, where the twelfth season premiered on October 14, 2026.

In this new iteration, Beavis and Butt-Head are entering a whole new Gen Z world. Comedy Central has ordered two seasons of the new series with meta-themes relatable to both new and old fans – Gen X parents and their Gen Z kids. Judge is set to write, produce and provide voice over for both iconic characters.
